1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or web app. They help recognise your device, keep you signed in and protect your account. We also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local and session storage, for non-sensitive display preferences.

Your account details, customer directory and generated documents are never kept in cookies or browser storage. They are stored securely on our cloud servers.

2. Cookies we use

We don't use advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell anything we store.

3. Third-party services

We limit third-party tools strictly to what is needed to run and protect the Platform. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and never sell subscriber or traveller data.

Razorpay (RBI-authorised payment gateway): when you pay for a plan, Razorpay's secure checkout window may set its own cookies under its own policy, for example to prevent fraud.
Web fonts: our fonts are served from our own website, so no font provider sets cookies or sees your visit.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies stops you from signing in to your workspace and generating document PDFs. You can review your cookie choices at any time: .

Log out to remove the sign-in cookie straight away.
Clear this site's data in your browser to remove everything, including your display settings.
If we ever add analytics, it will stay off until you allow it in your cookie settings.
